本院的創辦，從來不是為了減輕社會在高齡照顧上的負擔，也不是為了讓醫院多出幾張床位，而是出於對生命全程的尊重。
許多高齡長者告訴我，他們最害怕的並不是死亡，而是死前的那些變化──聽力衰退、記憶模糊、摯友離世、生活方式被迫改變。因此，我們希望，在生命的最後階段，他們依然能全力以赴地生活；我們也希望，所有熱愛生命的人，都能給予他們最溫柔而堅定的陪伴。我們的宗旨，是讓長者感受到溫暖與尊重，關心他們的心理與情感需求，而不是以任何理由忽略或剝奪這些最基本的人性關懷。唯有當長者能以愉悅與坦然面對生命的每一刻，生命的圓滿才真正得以成就。
Our institution was not founded merely to address the challenges of aging, nor to free up hospital beds.It was founded out of respect for the entire journey of life.
Many elderly people have told me that what they fear most is not death itself,but everything that comes before it — the loss of hearing, fading memory,the passing of close friends, and the disruption of familiar routines.When that day comes, may they still live each moment with purpose and dignity.And may all who cherish life offer them the best care and understanding possible.
Our mission is to bring warmth and respect to every elder —to care not only for their physical well-being,but also for their
emotional and psychological needs.We must never allow excuses to deprive them of love, empathy, or understanding.

1. 日間照護（Day Care Service）
適合白天需要陪伴與照顧的長者。我們提供營養膳食、健康監測、康復訓練與休閒活動，讓家屬安心，長者快樂。
Designed for seniors who need daytime supervision and companionship. We offer nutritious meals, health monitoring, gentle exercises, and recreational programs — giving families peace of mind.
2. 長期照護（Long-Term Care）
為需要長期居住與照料的長者提供全方位服務。專業護理團隊悉心照料起居、用藥與健康管理，讓長者安享幸福晚年。
For those who require full-time care, we provide professional nursing and assistance with daily living, medication, and health management — ensuring a comfortable and peaceful life.

入院程序 · Admission Procedures：
1） 老人及家屬可透過電話、上網或親臨本院諮詢與參觀。Seniors and their families may contact us via phone, online inquiry, or in-person visit for consultation and tour.
2） 老人及家屬須自願提出書面「入院申請書」，並如實填寫「老人入院登記表」等相關手續。Residents and their families are required to voluntarily submit a written Admission Application Form and accurately complete all related registration documents.
3） 入住首月為觀察期，期間由本院進行評估，如不適合者，將勸其離院。The first month of stay serves as an observation period. If deemed unsuitable, the resident will be advised to discharge.
入院須知 · Admission Notes：
1） 申請入院者須攜帶所需資料，並如實告知病歷。檢查項目包括：肝功能（乙肝二對半）、心電圖及血糖。Applicants must provide required medical records and disclose their health history. Tests should include liver function (Hepatitis B markers), ECG, and blood glucose levels.
2） 入院後首 10 天為觀察期，如不適應者，將建議離院。（辦理時間：週一至週日，24 小時） The first 10 days after admission are for adaptation and assessment. Those unsuitable will be advised to leave. (Admissions available 24 hours, Monday to Sunday.)
3） 入院期間，老人應主動配合護理人員的照護與安排。Residents are expected to cooperate with nursing staff and comply with care arrangements.
4） 簽訂托老協議時，須有可靠擔保人（如直系親屬、子女或單位負責人），擔保人需依協議承擔應盡義務。A reliable guarantor (family member, next of kin, or responsible party) is required when signing the care agreement, and must fulfill obligations stated therein.
5） 入院時請勿攜帶貴重物品，建議由家屬或子女妥善保管。Residents are advised not to bring valuables upon admission; such items should be safely kept by family members.

入院资料准备 / Admission Requirements
一、准备资料 Documents Required
1）老人或家属自愿提出入院申请。
→ The elderly person or their family member must voluntarily submit an admission application.
2）老人身份证复印件一份。
→ One photocopy of the elderly person’s identification card (IC).
3）老人近期免冠一寸照片一张。
→ One recent passport-sized photo (without headwear).
4）押金。
→ Security deposit.
二、监护人证件 Guardian’s Documents
1）身份证原件及复印件一份。
→ Original and one photocopy of the guardian’s identification card (IC).
